Glen van Kerkvoort FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Glen is a geologist with 25 years’ experience in Latin America.  He was Chief Geologist, Exeter Resources, (Caspiche, Cerro Moro). Exploration Manager Laguna Gold from 2013 to 2018.  Glen was co-founder and Executive Director of Proximo Resources, acquired by Rugby Mining (TSX-V:RUG) where he was a director and Chief Technical Officer.

Peter Love FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Peter is a co-founder of Proximo Resources, a minerals exploration company which was acquired by Rugby Mining Limited (TSX-V:RUG), whereafter he became President & CEO of Rugby. He has 17 years’ experience in corporate finance and funds management for the resources industry.  He was Chairman of Intrepid Mines (ASX:IAU) from 2015 to 2018 and Chairman of Talon Petroleum (ASX:TPD) from 2014 to 2019.

Jason Beckton NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr Beckton is currently Managing Director of Prospech Limited (ASX:PRS), the former Managing Director of Chinalco Yunnan Copper Resources, former CEO of Redhill Chile (an EMR Capital investee company), former Chile country manager for Exeter Resource Corp and was the project manager on the Palmarejo project of Bolnisi Gold which was sold to Coeur D’Alene for >$1B. He is a Corporate Adviser to Deutsche Gesellschaft für Wertpapieranalyse GmbH.

Andrew Crawford CFO AND COMPANY SECRETARY

Mr Crawford is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent with over 18 years chartered and commercial accounting experience. In addition to his role with Torino, Mr Crawford is a director of a specialist accounting, taxation and corporate services firm, and acts as company secretary for the Australian subsidiaries of a large US based private equity fund. 

Gustavo Delendatti VP CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Gustavo is a PhD geologist based in San Juan, Argentina. He is the former Exploration Manager of Elementos Limited, Consultant Geologist to Platina Resources, Sayona Mining and Leyshon Resources, and former Exploration Project Manager of Exeter Resource Corporation. Prior to these roles he was a project geologist on Veladero and held positions in MIM Argentina and WMC Argentina.

Arturo Correa BOARD ADVISOR

Mr Correa worked for 24 years with Rio Tinto where he rose to become Exploration Manager Chile for seven years. From 2017 to 2020 Mr Correa was Discovery Manager for Quantum Discoveries. Exploration Manager for Rugby Mining Limited. B.Sc. Geology / M.Sc. Economic Geology and Mineral Exploration. Post-Graduate qualification in Valuation of Mining Assets.
